I luuurrveee having a horselife. Even if it is twice a week.
Friday lesson
I rode piano, the litte bugger was quite good. As in he did everything i asked of them, EXCEPT let me properly collect him, i.e get his head down and his body properly tucked under him. Sue, let us work mostly on our own again. We didn't work in a proper 20x40 0r 20x60 arena. Just the outside of it. Somehow i really wish i could do jumping again !!! i haven't jumped since i don't know... last year ? i claim to prefer dressage but, i do yearn for the adrenaline rush, the excitment. I really should try a three-day-event.
Saturday
Practiced leading at RDA today, saw ALL the new side walkers now that the super-enthu Hwa-chongers left ( they will be missed ) tacked up laurie and then kept switching between laurie, Dunedin. Later on we had a mock RDA session, where one of the trainee volunteers rode on the horses and the other were the sidewalkers, walked about helping to explain the proper protocall involved, how the games were played etc. I twas rather fun to do that i suppose.
Going out to watch a movie 2nite !

Again, my apologies for the very long blogging absence !!!
Actually, still in the middle of prelims.
We have the sept hols to study
I just want to bloody PASS every subject !!! ( with eng at least a B)
I feel sooo detached from horsey ppl !! maybe cos i ride 1x a week
now. I almost wish i were doing a freestyle to music........ it seems really fun to chose your music, chereograph the movements......... Nvm maybe i can do it next year.
Stupid O levels...... ( at least till nov 20 )
I think i have sort of revamped my fave horse list now, i have added Songkla to my list !! he's at least pretty ok with me !!
